By all means ...You could try managing everything piling up on your interminable to-do list. Or, perhaps, how about waving goodbye to procrastination and catching up on that piece of work your conscience keeps nagging you about? (Then again, isn't your To-do list on your Iphone's Calendar and weren't you told to submit that essay online?)
Since - for most of us - the days of pre-phone living are nothing short of a blur, I thought it was about time I'd tackle my life from a whole new perspective (and, y'know, document it!) - #we'regoingoldschool
And so, alas! My digital detox began...
Here's what I learned:
Getting stuff done:

I like a good book:
In a world ambushed with an obsession for likes and a constant fear of 'missing out', reading often gets swept under the carpet. On the daily, I do try to read as regularly as possible although admittedly, I'd be lying if I said I read as much as I'd truly like to. But, what better time to indulge in a compelling read that now? And, I really indulged...
If there's just one thing I can take from this experiment, it will be the reading!
Time is my best friend:
Screen time must consume a huge chunk of our day. I gather this, of course, because my digital detox unleashed a vast abundance of time. Time that before participating in the challenge, flew by.
A sound night's sleep:
Ahhh. A sound night's sleep. Can you get anything more pure and revered? Well, this was what I got after a full day unglued to a screen - the quickest time it's taken me to fall asleep all year. And if that hasn't made you want to give this challenge a go, I don't know what will...
